• Drugs & other prohibited substances are not allowed at HOC.
• Non-veg cooking not allowed at HOC (Eggs are permitted).
• Extra bill will be raised if any items are missing and / or any damage is caused to the property or its contents

• Let’s be respectful of the neighbors and not play loud music outdoor post 10:00 pm.

• Use and take care of all equipment like your own.
• Only fireless cooking is allowed indoors. For cooking
that involves the use of fire, you may use the outdoor kitchen.
• You may outsource and order your food from outside. For help, you can also contact the restaurants suggested by us.
• Everyone loves cleanliness, hence please don’t throw, or leave trash in HOC.

• After midnight keep the noise level minimum.
General Rules:
• Unit are furnished and inventoried by our Housekeeping Department with Towels, Linens, China, Glass Ware, Silverware, Pots, Pans, and Serving Ware for as many guests that are allowed in the unit. Guest is responsible for any damages and or missing items and will be charged at eplacement prices.
Strictly Note:
• No sitting, climbing, or standing on railing.
• Please do not leave trash in hallways, doorways, or other common areas.

General Rules:
• Hanging or storage of clothing, towels, or other items on balcony or porch railings is prohibited.
• No barbecuing on balconies, by order of the State Fire Marshall.
• Please do not feed the birds.
• No sitting, climbing, or standing on railing.

• Use facilities and equipment at your own risk.
• 16 years or older only permitted in Gym area or using of equipment.
• Respect the equipment, do not lean on them.
• Use equipment’s and follow the directions carefully.
• Turn off lights and air while leaving.

• Maximum of three vehicles are allowed to park inside.
• Entering and exiting property is Limited to the main gate between 6:00 pm and 10:00 am.
• Do not park on the grass.
• Speed limit on property is 5 MPH.
• Cruise parking is provided on demand

• This is an internet enabled network. Watching movies will depend on net speed available.
• Pls do not bring eatables & footwear inside.
• Kindly ask our caretaker to start the system. Do not try yourself as it may hang in that case.
• Few OTT platform subscriptions are available with us. For more you may use your own subscriptions.
• Pls do not watch with full sound as doing this may damage the speakers.
• Do not on off the system very frequently as the lamp of projector are very sensitive.
• Pls do not try any illegal media or content as this is a legal offense.
• We respect your privacy kindly respect the rules.

• Please order your groceries (Milk, Bread, Eggs, etc.) online.
• You can request our caretakers to prepare tea. Consumables are to be provided by you.
• Housekeeping staff will start cleaning at 9:00 AM for all corridors & amenities, so keep your valuables with you in the bedrooms.
• One set of keys to the main door is available with caretakers to start housekeeping work in the morning.
• Cookware & crockery for guests is available in the kitchen. Please use it indoors only.
• Please take your remaining groceries with you at the time of checkout later it will be disposed.
• This is a handover takeover property. So, make sure when you leave it should be the same as before. If not, the housekeeping charges will be applicable.
