Term and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to book with HOC. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking, you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.

  1. Prices: The price includes accommodation only. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals, drinks etc are additional. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, online, cheque with bankers’ card, debit cards & credit cards.
  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is refund as per below mention policy. Full refund on cancellation for 30 days before check-in. 50 % Refund on cancellation for 15-29 days before check-in. No Refund on cancellation for 14 days or less. Thereafter 10% advance of total booking amount is required for confirmation(non-refundable) Please note the above terms are subject to change during peak season /holidays.
  3. Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund full payment paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
  4. Check-in time: Check-in time is from 2:00pm to 10:30pm If you want to check in before 2:00pm or after 10:30 pm, please contact us in advance.
  5. Check-out time: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your any extras services taken during your stay is payable on departure.
  6. Damages, Breakages a Key lost: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. The costs will be taken from the credit card used to secure the booking or pay for the stay. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will incur 500 INR charge for a replacement.
  7. Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
  8. Parking: We provide free parking to our guests. It is guest own risk to park at the House.
  9. Internet Access: We provide free wireless access internet. As the service is beyond our control, we could not guarantee internet access quality. (Need to discuss)
  10. No Smoking: All public areas and guest bedrooms inside the building are non- smoking. Should you found to be smoking in your room a charge of 2000 INR to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.
  11. Pets: Pets are not permitted.
